n an effort to alleviate the necessity for armed conflict certain treaties and public declarations are often made to stop the necessity for war.  War is an accepted practice of commerce, and is utilized to enforce commercial contracts.   Often, on the national level, the conflict is waged against private parties by the public (government) without regard to private “rights”.  The public war machine simply rolls forward by force of arms.

     This same scenario was acted out in the early days of the American Revolution.  King George was protecting the assets of the Crown when he sent his army to enforce a debt upon the American colonies.  Whether George’s army overstepped George’s commercial claim by enforcing a public debt on private parties is moot.  Private fortunes were risked to fund a public war, which fortunes were lost into the public conflict.  And at the end of the armed conflict there were actually three parties that could make a claim on the results of the commercial action known as the American Revolution: 1) the Crown represented by King George, 2) the Thirteen
American Colonies, and 3) private parties on the North American continent who had funded the commercial action of war.  (There could possible be other claims by private investors in the colonial movement.)

     The surety for King George’s claim was by the Treaty of Versailles.  The debt was guaranteed by a new political entity, which was a restatement of the public debt known as a “re-public”, the United States of America.  The republic accepted the liability for the thirteen colonies by publishing a constitution, which assumed the debts of those colonies, and hence the United States of America became the beneficiary surety for King George’s claim.  Thus, the claims of #1 and #2 above had reached an agreement, all in the public domain.

     The private claims of the Scottish Rite/Knights Templars (and some others) have remained somewhat unanswered over the years.  Their attempt to remove the Throne of David to North America in the person of Bonney Prince Charley was not realized at that time, and so the Priority of Sion resumed their previous methodical quiet doings.
